The customer is a global leading ultrasonic welding machine manufacturer.
Our team is working closely with the customer Product and R&D departments to create a new control platform based on Twincat 3 and developing a new UI from the scratch. In this project we are responsible to implement the entire machine process, motion control, DB connectivity, image processing algorithms for quality control and object detection, safety plc programming and the entire user interface.
